Refund Policy

Version 2026-08-04 / effective August 4, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid Clasenda subscriptions purchased through Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and processes payments, invoices, cancellations, and approved refunds. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel at any time through Clasenda Billing or the Paddle buyer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for a later renewal after cancellation takes effect.

3. Refund eligibility

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, completed transactions and unused portions of a billing period are not automatically refundable. Paddle may review a discretionary refund request submitted within 14 days of a transaction. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Refunds may also be considered where a persistent technical defect materially prevents access to the paid service and Clasenda cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time. Evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or misuse may make a transaction ineligible.

4. Requesting a refund

Use the support or manage-subscription link in your Paddle receipt, open the Paddle buyer portal from Clasenda Billing, or submit a request through paddle.net. You may also contact Clasenda at access@clasenda.com for help with a product issue before requesting a refund.

Include the account email, transaction reference, date, and reason. Never send full card details or security codes.

5. Processing and access

If approved, Paddle returns funds to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on Paddle, the payment method, and the financial institution. A full refund may end the related paid access. Partial refunds and access decisions are handled case by case.

6. Disputes

Please contact Clasenda or Paddle before starting a chargeback so the issue can be investigated. A payment dispute may temporarily suspend the related subscription while it is reviewed, without limiting any rights available under applicable law.

7. Policy changes

The version in effect when a transaction was completed applies to that transaction unless applicable law provides greater rights. Material changes will be published with a new effective date.
