Terms of Service
Version 2026-08-04 / effective August 4, 2026
1. Using Clasenda
Clasenda is a workspace for tutors, learners, and authorized guardians. You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in method, and use the service lawfully.
2. Subscriptions and purchases
Paid tutor workspaces are offered as automatically renewing monthly or yearly subscriptions. The checkout shows the price, currency, billing interval, and any applied promotion before purchase. You authorize recurring charges until the subscription is cancelled.
You may cancel through Billing at any time. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access remains available until then unless a refund, chargeback, security issue, or legal requirement requires earlier suspension.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles transaction-related customer service, taxes, invoices, payment processing, and returns.
Refund eligibility and the request process are described in the Clasenda Refund Policy.
3. Learners and guardians
A learner or guardian may use Clasenda only through access granted by a tutor. A guardian confirms that they are the learner's parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorized to view the learner's information.
4. Tutor-managed content
Tutors control the learner records, lesson information, homework, notes, whiteboards, materials, permissions, and payment visibility they share. Questions about learning content or access should normally be directed to the tutor.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse accounts, bypass access controls, upload unlawful or harmful content, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another person's workspace or learning profile.
6. Availability
We work to keep Clasenda available and protect stored data, but maintenance, provider outages, or security work may temporarily interrupt access. Features may change as the product develops.
7. Your content
You retain rights in content you submit. You permit Clasenda to store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
8. Ending access
A tutor may revoke portal access. You may stop using Clasenda at any time and may request account or data deletion through the available support channel, subject to legal and security retention needs. Ending an account does not automatically create a refund.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as Clasenda develops. Material changes will be published with a new effective date and, where appropriate, presented for renewed acceptance.
10. Contact
For product or billing support, email access@clasenda.com. Signed-in users may also use the Clasenda feedback tool. Learners should contact the tutor who issued their invitation for questions about tutoring content.
